Wellness Exams and Vaccinations
Most healthy animals require annual wellness exams,
although as your pet ages it may benefit from twice yearly wellness exams.
Our care is based on life stage (young, adult, or senior), lifestyle, and risk of exposure to infectious diseases. Through regular wellness exams, a customized health program can be set up for you and your pet.
Annual vaccinations are an important part of your pet's good health. Since every pet's lifestyle is different, what your pet needs will be based on legal requirements, risk of exposure, and your concerns. Parasite prevention is an important part of your pet's health. We offer annual heartworm testing that is required to purchase your monthly preventatives. Our clinic carries a variety of preventative products including: Heartgard, Simparica Trio, Interceptor, Simparica, Frontline, and Revolution.

Radiology and Ultrasound
Our new on-site digital radiography x-ray equipment allows us to utilize x-rays as an aid in diagnosing many disorders. This new digital system allows us to view films within seconds, without the use of a processor. The improved detail of the digital images allow us to form a more accurate and complete diagnosis. Since the images are digital, we have the ability to email the images to you or save them on a disk or external storage device. We have PENN HIP and OFA certification available as well.
Ultrasound is a diagnostic tool for non-invasive, non-painful scanning of the body systems. This tool allows us to evaluate the architecture of internal organs. Ultrasound scanning has been used to diagnose many disease processes in small animals.
